The Junior Licensed Insurance Representative works closely with License Insurance Representatives, Senior License Insurance Representatives, Insurance Processors, Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Licensed Insurance Agents, and Advisors. The primary duties include providing accurate, timely, and professional service to all members and staff, handling inquiries regarding Green State Insurance products and services, and supporting policy retention, member service, and sales efforts.

Pay range: $20.97 - $24.52/hr with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Provide excellent internal and external member service.
• Demonstrate teamwork and confidentiality.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Develop understanding of agency management systems, insurance sites, underwriting guidelines, and eligibility requirements.
• Update policy information, request exceptions, and process changes.
• Send binders, process third-party mortgagee changes, and handle client email requests.
• Utilize Docu Sign for signatures.
• Research billing questions and maintain continuing education credits.
• Attend community and industry events.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

• 0-2 years of related experience; insurance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bondable.

This position reports to the Personal Lines Service Manager and does not supervise others.
