A P&G Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Provide Hardware, Software and Network support, diagnose, troubeshoot and resolves issues.
- Work well with geographical diverse teams/users.
- Own issues through resolution, escalate when necessary.
- Keep leadership informed of issues and status, maintain record logs.
- Manage back office tasks ( network monitoring, anti-virus, deplyments, servers, updates, patches etc)
