• Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of multiple large-scale product and technology projects
• Manage project budgets and staffing, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and project impacts
• Other duties as assigned or requested

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years delivering business solutions using information technology
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-team dependencies
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution experience

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Science
• Past hands-on experience in a development role or managing technical teams
• Familiarity with AI and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences
