As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old.

Interview and training will be at: 905 South Taylor Drive Sheboygan, WI 53081

We Offer:

No RBT? $16.00 - $17.00
Sign On Bonus $750.
Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We're Looking For:

18+ years old required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong work ethic
Comfortable playing with children
Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
