• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and overall operations

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Services, or Claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess typing/computer skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Ability to interact positively with both providers and customers

• Experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
• Familiarity with provider enrollment processes and credentialing systems
• Background in customer service within the healthcare industry
• Additional certifications related to healthcare administration or data management
