Arrow Senior Living Management is hiring a Sales Coordinator for its Walden Place Senior Living community in Iowa City, IA. The role focuses on lead generation, community visits, and customer support at a senior living community.

• Salary: $45,000 – $52,000
• Shift: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with rotating weekends

• Practice empathy: create human connection with prospective residents and their families during emotionally charged times.
• Communicate knowledge: accurately enter leads into the database, provide helpful information about senior living options, and outline next‑step options.
• Lead‑base liaison: cultivate leads through phone calls, CFUs, tours, and home visits, ensuring all activity is catalogued.
• Hospitable host: deliver exceptional experiences during tours and community events.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at 12th‑grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow directions and apply problem‑solving skills.
• Criminal clearance.
• Good health; must pass a health screening within 6 months of employment and a TB test.
