• Lead the design, permitting, and construction management of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineering support staff to deliver successful street, utility, and stormwater projects.
• Manage projects from concept through design and construction, depending on client needs.
• Ensure overall performance of projects, focusing on client satisfaction, financial success, quality control, and adherence to project schedules.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors during project execution.
• Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Iowa (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in municipal engineering.
• Passion for municipal projects and collaboration within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, lead project work, and meet critical deadlines.
• Experience in project management and client interaction.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interfacing with clients and contractors.
