Overview
Mayo Clinic is seeking a board certified / board eligible pediatric allergist / immunologist to join our growing team. We are a thriving division of six allergists / immunologists caring for children with complex allergic and immunological diseases. We are at the forefront in the diagnosis, treatment and management of food allergies with desensitization treatments with the use of oral immunotherapy.
We offer multidisciplinary care for patients with difficult-to-control asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis and immune deficiency disorders including stem cell transplant for inborn errors of immunity (IEI). We are a Jeffery Modell Diagnostic and Research Center and a Primary Immune Deficiency Treatment Consortium (PIDTC) site. The division collaborates with the adult allergy and immunology division which houses 12 physicians and shares expertise across the age span.
The division also supports the education of medical students, residents and the combined adult and pediatric allergy / immunology fellowship admitting two fellows every year.
The division has a strong commitment of mentorship for career development and support of the three shields central to the mission of Mayo Clinic: clinical practice, education, and research. Leadership opportunities will be available in clinical practice, research and education, based on the interest and expertise of the selected candidate. The new staff member will be appointed to the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science with academic rank that is commensurate with expertise.

Mayo Clinic Children’s unit provides pediatric specialty care across more than 70 specialty programs and treats children from across the United States and internationally. The division collaborates with pediatric research and education initiatives and supports the Mayo Clinic Model of Care.
Qualifications- Board certified / board eligible with the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI).
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Minnesota.
