The Administrative Support Worker Lead assists management with administrative tasks such as ordering, data entry, filing, and customer interaction. The role supports unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, and maintains office communications and technology systems.
Job Responsibilities- Perform administrative functions: distribute mail, order and stock supplies, answer phones, and greet visitors.
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks in accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls where necessary.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office memos and informative postings.
- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Ability to optimally connect with employees and work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong digital literacy required:
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, typing, and database software.
