General Labor - Sales

PBNA $23.50 / hour Evening Shifts

Entry‑level position that performs miscellaneous support tasks throughout the sales function ouverture. The role focuses primarily on product merchandising in large volume stores: stocking shelves, refreshing rotation, display set up and maintenance, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. Customer contact and sales responsibilities are incidental. The position may require additional duties as assigned, such as warehouse support.

Work may involve varying weather conditions. The role is physically demanding: lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20‑45 pounds, bending, reaching, and squatting to merchandise products. The Internacional period is typically 10‑12 hours and the position may be part‑ or full‑time.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in accounts assigned by supervisor.
• Utilize point of purchase in each account.
• Keep back‑room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Reset shelves, coolers and other points of purchase to comply with established merchandising standards and negotiated customer contracts.
• Provide D‑Bay driver accountabilities, if required: deliver products, serve customers, execute promotions to multiple stores; operate trucks requiring an appropriate CDL license; service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift; merchandise and rotate all accounts to local standards; push and pull pallet jacks, hand trucks and breakdowns; establish positive working relationships withצי← primary contacts; comply with operating procedures; serve customers;
  
  follow DOT regulations; maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years or older (891 years or older if a Valid U.S. CDL is required).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi‑store locations in assigned shift (if applicable).
• Valid U.S. drivers’ license (if applicable); proof of insurance;
  Valid U.S. CDL license (if required).
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
• Follow DOT regulations (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.

• Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating products, cleaning shelves, replacing out‑of‑stocks, removing out‑of‑date products).
• Operating handheld computers (inputting data, entering transactions, printing).
• Retail or grocery store experience (understanding store operations, backroom inventory, stocking aisles).
• Moving products within a store safely (e.g., using u‑boats, hand trucks, dollys, breakdowns).
• Managing back‑room/stock room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking).
• Serving customers (handling complaints, responding to requests).

For positions that require the use of a personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement is provided.
