This community hospital provides essential healthcare services to Ionia County residents. The facility features 2 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room, with a Level 4 trauma designation and an annual ER volume of 16,000 patients. The hospital utilizes the EPIC documentation system and has a professional staff of registered nurses and technicians.

Opportunity:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia

Job Details:

• Provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Remote supervision from an anesthesiologist with no on-call requirements
• Cover vacation needs as scheduled
• Manage approximately 15 cases per day in OR and Endoscopy settings
• Serve diverse patient population from pediatric to geriatric
• Perform general surgical cases for adults and pediatrics
• Administer minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, and plexus anesthesia
• Provide spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and regional anesthesia
• Handle ventilation management and local infiltration
• Must be board certified with AANA
• Active Michigan medical license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• Local provider only with mileage reimbursement
• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days
