Activus Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established construction company in Aberdeenshire. They are seeking a Semi-Skilled Mechanic with experience in small plant machinery and vehicles to join their workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and repair small plant machinery and vehicles
* Carry out routine maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tyres, etc.
* Perform diagnostics and fault-finding
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
* Follow health & safety procedures
Key Requirements
* Some practical experience as a mechanic on small plant or vehicles
* Strong interest in maintenance and problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* College qualification in vehicle or plant maintenance
* Previous workshop experience
