Agency Chemotherapy Nurse

Work as an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse for a nationally recognised, specialist provider of Cancer Care. This is a community-based role covering Aberdeenshire , working via our agency on a temporary contract. As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will provide oncology patients with a range of treatments in their own homes.

This role offers 32 to 40 hour contracts per week , with guaranteed shifts , working 4 or 5 days per week . Contracts are issued on a 3 month basis , with flexibility to extend. This role will involve seeing patients for:
Bloods Toxicity assessments IV chemotherapy Oral chemotherapy Pump disconnections Line care IM and SC injections And related community oncology interventions Benefits as Community Oncology Nurse (Temp / Agency) Competitive hourly rate of £43 to £48 per hour based on experience Mileage expenses Monday to Friday role, approximately 8 hours per day Guaranteed shifts No bank holiday working Requirements for this well-paid agency chemotherapy nurse position Active NMC Pin as a Registered Nurse Experience in Oncology, Haematology or Chemotherapy is essential Cannulation and venepuncture experience Full UK driving licence
