Class 2 HIAB Driver - Full-Time & Ongoing

Location: Inverness

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for an experienced and customer focused Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our client's busy builders merchant yard in Inverness. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands on work, supporting customers with essential building materials and representing the company out on site. You'll be working as part of a friendly yard team, delivering to both trade and domestic customers, and playing a key role in keeping daily deliveries running smoothly.

This is a full time, ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Immediate start available.

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM start time
• Overtime paid after 8 hours daily
• Weekly pay:
  • PAYE - £17.00ph with £19.50 OT
  • PAYE ADV - £19.05ph with £21.85 OT

• Deliver building materials to commercial and residential locations
• Operate HIAB safely (hook and sling attachments)
• Load/unload materials and carry out some manual handling
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain delivery records and vehicle logs
• Carry out routine vehicle checks

• Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence
• CPC & Digital Tacho Card
• HIAB ticket
• No DR, IN, or TT endorsements
• Forklift or lifting experience is an advantage
