We’re growing our Catering & Hygiene Division in Inverness and looking for someone with passion, energy and real drive to join our Internal Sales team.

What You’ll Be DoingThis is not just an order-processing role.
You will:
- Own and progress customer enquiries from first contact to conclusion
- Develop leads and actively look for upselling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with hospitality and catering customers
- Advise confidently on catering equipment and hygiene solutions
- Price orders, manage availability and coordinate with suppliers
- Chase quotes and proactively follow up opportunities
- Review overdue orders and resolve issues quickly
- Support showroom activity when needed
- Work closely with external sales colleagues to grow accounts
- Maintain accurate pricing and system data
- Help drive the performance of the division
You’ll be the person customers trust — the one who calls back, follows up, and gets things done.
