Support showroom leadership with merchandising standards, product launches, and operational improvements. Mentor and guide junior sales staff, modelling best-practice customer engagement. Build long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referral growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, and sales documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience Proven success in showroom, retail, or consultative sales roles at a senior or advanced level. Strong ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. Confident in handling complex sales conversations and closing high-value deals. Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
