Part Time Retail Assistant

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Part Time Retail Assistants across all stores within the Inverness area, each role offering either a 16 or 20 hour contracts(with some flexibility for more hours if necessary).

Locations include:

• Grant Street
• North Kessock

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while assisting with daily operations.

Your ability to engage with customers, manage transactions, and maintain an organized store will contribute to a positive shopping experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and managing inventory
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding customer feedback and store needs

• Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving will enhance your effectiveness as a Part Time Retail Assistant
