We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.

• Exceed customer expectations and uphold top pet care standards.
• Ensure excellent store operations and build strong customer relationships.
• Engage with customers, clearly convey information, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Outstanding Customer Service and personalised service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and a keen interest in ongoing learning.
• Target focus – recognise the importance of setting and achieving retail targets.
