We’re looking for a practical, detail-focused Embroidery & Branding Operative to join our friendly, hands-on Branding & Embroidery team at our Inverness site.
This team brings customer ideas to life – from personalised workwear and uniforms to bespoke corporate branding, embroidery and heat‑seal designs. The work you do helps businesses across the Highlands & Islands and Aberdeenshire present themselves professionally and consistently.

What You’ll Be DoingCustomising garments and workwear
You’ll operate embroidery and heat‑press machinery to apply logos and designs to a wide range of garments including T‑shirts, hoodies, jackets, uniforms and specialist workwear. Training will be provided at a pace that supports you.
Using Corel
DRAW and vector‑based artwork, you’ll help prepare branding designs – adjusting size, positioning, layout and finishes to suit different garments.
You’ll review job sheets and pick slips to ensure garments, sizes, colours and branding instructions are correct before production starts.
Maintaining quality and consistencyWorking to production schedules while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, finish and consistency across every order.
Working as part of a wider teamYou’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Branding & Embroidery, as well as Internal Sales and Warehouse teams, supporting other tasks during busy periods.

"The team are friendly and genuinely supportive."
"Seeing the finished product come together – especially on big projects – is really satisfying."
"It’s more involved than people realise, but once you learn the process it clicks."
"It’s great spotting uniforms we’ve created out in the community."
What We’re Looking ForWe’re more interested in attitude and potential than a perfect CV.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work
- An accuracy‑focused mindset – you care about getting things right first time
- Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills with good numeracy and literacy
