A supportive care organization in Inverness is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in a residential home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in residential care, possess relevant qualifications, and demonstrate excellent communication and decision-making skills. This role includes managing a team of support workers and creating a nurturing environment for young people in care.

Competitive salary of £37,211.20 to £39,208 per year, including sleep over allowance.
