Role SummaryThe Scottish Ambulance Service is seeking a dedicated and proactive Systems Support Technician to join our ICT Service Delivery team. You will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining ICT systems for over approximately 6,000 users across 150 SAS sites and 30 NHS partner sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and user support for all ICT systems, including laptops, PCs, servers, and specialist hardware.
- Support and maintain core SAS ICT systems (e.g., Ambulance Control Centre systems, back‑office systems).
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cyber resilience and ICT compliance.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on‑call rota.
- Travel across Scotland as required.

- Helpdesk ticketing systems
8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The role requires participation in a 24/7/365 on‑call rota and may involve significant travel across Scotland.
