Ness Walk Hotel in Inverness is recruiting a Receptionist to join its front of house team at a five star luxury hotel setting. This role suits someone professional, personable, and organised who enjoys delivering a calm and welcoming first impression for guests.

• Welcoming guests and managing arrivals and departures.
• Handling reservations, enquiries, and guest requests in person and by phone.
• Providing clear and friendly information about the hotel and local area.
• Managing front desk systems accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting guests throughout their stay to ensure a high quality experience.
• Working closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

• Full time and part time hours available.
• Early and late shifts on a rota basis.
• Weekend working required.
• Live out position.

• A confident and professional manner with guests.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous reception or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
• Training will be provided.
