Fixed Term / Secondment to 31/03/2027. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer to join the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation Team, supporting the Band 5 Nursing Review. This is a pivotal role within the People & Culture Directorate, offering the chance to contribute to a nationally significant project as part of the Agenda for Change pay deal.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to the Project Leads.
- Facilitate the smooth running of the Job Evaluation Scheme, including rostering Matching and Band 5 Review application panels.
- Maintain project records and ensure effective communication across the project.
- Educated to HND level or equivalent.
- Experience working in a multi-functional environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, using initiative and making decisions.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage large volumes of data and coordinate with others.
- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
