Flexible Working Hours & Shift patterns. Are you an experienced Advanced Support Worker with experience in Challenging Behaviours and looking for career progression? Would you like to gain qualifications, enjoy specialist training, have more responsibility and earn more money? Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Advanced Support Workers in Inverness. This is an exciting opportunity to support a young gentleman with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mild-Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder to live the Best Life Bolder.
UK driving license is essential for this role.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Advanced Support Worker you will help this gentleman with routines, structure, and consistency to support his wellbeing and safety. You will need to be highly supportive, trustworthy, and able to build positive relationships to maintain wellbeing. Spend your shift with the person you support to make a meaningful impact. You may also be involved in transitional work in Grimsby prior to the gentleman moving to a new home at the end of March 2026 (travel and hotel expenses paid).

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care. You should be able to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently, and you will be a capable mentor who can share skills with colleagues.
