Overview
Senior Resourcing Assistant – Fixed Term / Secondment to 22/02/2027. Post holder works as part of the Resourcing team providing NHS Highland wide service covering all job families and geographic areas. Activities include coordination of recruitment to posts on Agenda for Change, medical, dental, senior manager and executive terms and conditions of employment, bank and agency worker engagements, redeployment, etc.
Responsibilities- Administration of the full recruitment and onboarding process – employment checks, contractual documentation, advice to hiring managers, employees and applicants.
- Confidence with systems and data entry, attention to detail and good communication skills.
- SVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent.
Contractual base Inverness. Interviews 4‑6 February.
Additional Information for Candidates- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
