Neonatal Staff Nurse

We currently have a vacancy within our friendly and progressive neonatal service. The unit currently comprises 2 intensive care cots, 1 high dependency cot and 8 special care cots and is augmented by a well developed community liaison service and 3 Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
Comprehensive support and in service training is provided from experienced neonatal nurses, alongside access to mandatory hospital based professional development programmes.
Applications are invited from qualified staff nurses/midwives (RGN/RM/RSCN) who have a particular interest in developing skills and expertise in neonatal care. This post is offered on a fixed-term/secondment basis until February 2027.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES- Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
