Band 6: £41,608 - £50,702 (pro rata) per annum

Band 5: £33,247 - £41,424 (pro rata) per annum

Full & part-time hours will be considered, permanent & fixed term contracts until November 2026 available.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care. You will also have an educational responsibility to members of staff, patients and relatives.

• Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
