Are you an experienced Male Advanced Support Worker that has experience in Challenging Behaviours and looking for career progression? Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Male Advanced Support Workers in Inverness, UK driving license is essential for this role. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up.

You will support a young gentleman with diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mild-Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder to live the Best life’s Bolder.

• £14.81 per hour

This gentleman struggles with his mental health, with diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mild-Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He is looking for understanding and positive people to join his team to help him navigate his challenges and live an amazing, happy and the Best Life Bolder. A background in supporting people with autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder would be desirable.

As an Advanced support worker, you will help this gentleman with his routines, experiences in structure and ensuring consistency which is very important as he needs to feel regulated and safe. You will need to be highly supportive and trustworthy with a skill set that can build positive relationships which will be important in maintaining his wellbeing.

He enjoys physical activities, especially badminton and walking so if you share these interests then please get in touch as you would be a great fit! This gentleman also values his family and enjoys spending time with them.
