Working as Registered Nurse with Meallmore, we will work together to enrich our residents’ lives as you provide high standards of person-centred nursing care whilst leading and supporting the team– where our residents wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

£20.94 per hour +Competitive benefits and overtime rates

• Upholdinghigh nursing care standards byleadingthe team and ensuring the shift runs smoothly by creating a safe and supporting environment in line with NMC codes of practice
• Deliverhands on clinical care,leadership and supportto provide the highest standards ofperson-centred care ensuring our residents live their best lives
• Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for our residents and their families
• Developandmonitorcomprehensive, tailoredcare plans and detailed risk assessments adhering to regulatory frameworks

• Valid NMC registration
• Previous experience leading a team(Desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practicesandregulatory frameworks
• Professional,compassionateandmotivated-you’llpride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
• What’sjust as important is that youareorganised, flexible in your approach and havegreat communication skills
