Medical Secretary – NHS Ayrshire & Arran

Part‑time position within the Medical Division secretary team based at Raigmore Hospital for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a quality secretarial service. Proven experience as a Secretary is required, along with the ability to work accurately under pressure, attention to detail and an ability to work co‑operatively within a team.

You will provide comprehensive secretary support to the Consultants and their clinical team working in the Rheumatology Department and across the division as required by service needs.

Medical terminology and a high degree of typing speed and accuracy are required. Excellent organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work are also essential.

Core hours of the service are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
