We are looking for a dedicated male support worker to join our team, providing hands‑on, person‑centred care to individuals in need. The role involves household assistance, financial management, companionship, and overnight support. The position requires flexibility for shifts around the clock and compassion for individuals with complex personal circumstances.

• Assist with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and attending appointments.
• Help manage finances, including budgeting and bill payments.
• Provide nighttime companionship to ensure safety and emotional support.
• Be available for shifts ranging 24‑36 hours per week, covering evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight periods.
• Adjust schedule to accommodate all days of the week, Monday to Sunday, with a fair shift allocation.

• Background in mental health, learning disabilities, or trauma‑informed care (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible and reliable, able to access the workplace on short notice.

• Competitive pay: £13.01 per hour.
