We are looking for a compassionate Night Care Worker at Cross Reach to ensure our service users' needs are met with professionalism and empathy during the night. This role involves providing wakeful night duty cover, acting as key worker for designated service users, and managing care plans with input from relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with personal and intimate care
• Support use of aids and equipment
• Liaise with health professionals
• Maintain a high standard of the physical environment and personal effects
• Help monitor nutritional needs and respond to emergencies
• Attend meetings as required
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
• Comply with health and safety, financial procedures, and ongoing training

• SVQ 3 in Social Care or willing to achieve one
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Commitment to demonstrating Christian values in care
• Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme with required vetting checks
• Registered with SSSC, meeting the registration standards
• Proof of UK work permission
