They are looking to take on a Hire Booking Agent who can deal with all aspects of vehicle hire bookings. You will be working in a modern office environment and a team of 12 others who all help and support each other within the role. You will be passionate about customer service and going the extra mile for your clients
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle hire and repair bookings, online or via telephone. Record customer information, including taking payments. Liaise with customers and suppliers, resolving queries and providing progress updates. Arrange delivery and collection of hire vehicles. Represent the business and our panel of suppliers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Skills and
Qualifications:
Experience working in vehicle hire / rental are desirable Excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Experience working in car rental or vehicle repair is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided) Flexibility in working hours, with shift patterns available, including some Saturdays (35 hours a week)
