Estimator, Construction, Quantity Surveyor

Position: Estimator (Permanent, Contract)
We’re seeking a commercially astute Estimator to support high-end residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through to final account.

This role combines estimating, procurement and commercial management — playing a key role in project profitability and business growth.

Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

* Measure quantities and analyse subcontractor returns

* Manage budgets, CVRs and financial reporting

* Support procurement and subcontract management

* Control variations and change management

* Work closely with site and design teams

Ideal Candidate

* Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or equivalent)

* Proven Estimator / QS experience in construction

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills

* Commercially driven and detail-focused
