Contract Manager

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded construction business with a strong regional presence to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their growing team based in Inverness.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of multiple projects, play a key role in operational delivery, and contribute to the continued success of a respected contractor operating across the Highlands.

As the Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standards
Leading and supporting site teams, including Site Managers and Engineers
Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Monitoring project progress, costs, and programme performance
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and contractual requirements

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager (or similar senior project management) role
A strong background in construction, civil engineering or related disciplines
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong commercial awareness
