Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will oversee residential projects from start to finish. You'll be the main point of contact on-site, managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site operations for residential projects, ensuring all works meet safety, quality, and budget standards

• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow

• Track project progress, costs, and resources, preparing regular updates for senior management

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards

• Proactively resolve day-to-day site issues

• Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to deliver exceptional results

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Solid understanding of health & safety, planning, and site processes

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are essential

• Ability to motivate teams and work effectively under pressure

• Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations
