My client is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy fleet and rental van operation in the Inverness area. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, professional environment maintaining a modern fleet. You will be working on servicing, maintenance, and repairs, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and minimal vehicle downtime. The site offers a stable Monday to Friday working week, making this an ideal role for a Vehicle Technician looking for consistency and long‑term career prospects within fleet and rental operations.

• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance
• Diagnose faults and perform fault finding
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension, and clutch components
• Cambelt replacement

• At least one year’s experience in a workshop environment
• Minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Strong mechanical skills
• Reliable work history with consistent attendance
• Own a well stocked toolbox appropriate for workshop duties
