Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Cantraybridge is recruiting a Part Time Receptionist to support the day to day running of its health and social care organisation based at Cantray Square in Croy near Inverness. This role suits someone organised, friendly, and confident dealing with visitors and callers while supporting a busy front desk environment.

• You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, service users, and callers.
• You will manage incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams.
• You will support daily reception duties including visitor management and front desk administration.
• You will assist colleagues across the organisation with general administrative tasks.
• You will help maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment.

Part time role working 20 hours per week. The role is based at Cantraybridge, 3 Cantray Square, Croy, Inverness, or another location determined by the employer.

• A friendly and professional approach to customer service.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy reception environment.
• A full clean driving licence is essential.
• A clear PVG check is required for this role.

• Salary of £13,988 per year.
