Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant, initially on a temporary basis. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:

• Providing comprehensive support to the management accounts team including reconciliation and posting of accounts.
• Matching goods received notes on the system.
• Input and register invoices for payment.
• Assisting the team with data capture and processing.
• Assisting with reconciliations for the preparation of monthly accounts.
• Filing of paperwork.
• Updating and maintaining accurate finance records.
• Daily use of MS office and financial software systems.
• Carrying out reconciliations.
• General administrative duties in support of the team.

• Strong accounts and administrative skills.
• Previous experience in a similar accounts role preferred.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload.
