Les Enfants Nursery is recruiting an Administrator to support day to day nursery operations in Inverness. This role suits someone organised and approachable who is confident managing records and supporting families within a busy childcare setting.

• Manage administrative systems and maintain accurate records.
• Support enrolment processes and family communications.
• Assist with invoicing and general office tasks.
• Act as a welcoming first point of contact for parents and visitors.
• Support the management team with operational administration.

Full time or part time hours may be considered. The role is based onsite at the nursery.

• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
• Organised and comfortable using office systems and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional and friendly when dealing with families.
• Experience with in a childcare or education setting is desirable but not essential.
