Meallmore is recruiting a Facilities and Estates Administrator to support its care homes and head office across Scotland.
This role suits someone organised and detail focused who is comfortable coordinating maintenance, compliance, and contractor activity.
The roleYou will coordinate day to day facilities helpdesk activity, logging and tracking reactive and planned maintenance requests.
You will maintain statutory compliance records covering areas such as fire safety, water hygiene, gas, electrical, and lifting equipment.
You will support contractor management, including documentation and performance tracking.
You will process purchase orders, invoices, and card transactions accurately and on time.
You will assist with reporting, budget tracking, and environmental data collection across the estates function.
Working patternThis is a permanent role working 30 hours per week.
Hours are worked during the daytime, Monday to Friday.
The role is based in Inverness with responsibility for supporting multiple sites.
What we are looking forYou should have experience in facilities, estates, or property administration or coordination.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
You should be confident using Microsoft Office, with experience of CAFM or helpdesk systems desirable.
Knowledge of building compliance requirements is important.
You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
