Our client, a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers, are looking to recruit an Accounts Associate to join their Inverness Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong base of accounts experience to develop their career within a highly supportive environment.

As an Accounts Associate you will have the ability and motivation needed to:

• Understand and become involved in basic compliance tasks.
• Preparation of basic computations for review by senior staff.
• Work within your own chargeable time budget.

• Provide assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts and record keeping for clients.
• Assist your colleagues with obtaining information for the completion of tax and VAT returns.
• Communicate with HMRC and really gaining a full insight into the world of accounts.
• Involvement in basic compliance.
• Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Assist in a reasonable manner with administrative tasks.

• Enrolment to AAT, to provide the key building blocks for your future career.
