* Key Responsibilities
* * Guide German-speaking cruise passengers on day excursions departing from and returning to Inverness

* Deliver engaging commentary on Scottish history, culture, and landmarks

* Ensure exceptional customer service throughout each tour

* Manage group dynamics, handle queries, and resolve issues professionally

* Maintain punctuality and adapt to changing schedules

* REQUIREMENTS
* * Must-haves:
* * Fluent German and good English (spoken and written)

* Residence in Inverness or surrounding area

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* High service orientation with a warm, confident personality

* Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work under pressure

* Organisational skills and sound decision-making

* Nice-to-haves:
* * Additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)

* Previous tour guiding or customer-facing experience

* Knowledge of Scottish history and culture
