Inver Grove Honda is seeking a skilled and experienced 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position in a professional dealership environment focused on high-quality workmanship and premium products.
Position Details- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: $27.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Work Environment: Dedicated 1.5 installation bays with high-end tools and materials
- Vehicle Types: New and lightly used vehicles from our Honda, Toyota, and Nissan dealerships
- Install 3M paint protection film with precision and attention to detail
- Properly prepare vehicle surfaces to meet high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Deliver consistent, top-tier results on every vehicle
- Work independently while meeting dealership quality expectations
- Proven experience installing 3M or comparable paint protection films
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to manage installations efficiently and professionally
- Dependable, self-motivated, and quality-focused
- Dealership or high-volume installation experience preferred
