As a Security Officer - Logistics Access Control in Eagan, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional in an access control role at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence.

What You'll Do:

* Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

* Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with access-related inquiries and procedures.

* Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at access points.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for security-related concerns.

* Document and report access violations, unusual activities, and/or incidents according to Allied Universal and client site procedures.

* Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal personnel to address access control concerns and maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
