Commercial Account Manager (Administrative)

Landscapes Unlimited is seeking a Commercial Account Manager who takes pride in relationships, accountability, and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives on ownership, values quality over shortcuts, and understands that long‑term client trust is earned through consistency, communication, and follow‑through.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Relationship Leadership:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, Build long‑term relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and service quality, Conduct monthly site walk‑throughs with top clients, ensuring expectations are met and opportunities are identified, Proactively address concerns before they become problems
  • Service & Quality Ownership:
    Partner closely with operations teams to ensure services are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification, Advocate for the client internally while protecting company standards, margins, and scope, Uphold Landscapes Unlimited’s commitment to best‑in‑class service
  • Sales & Growth (Relationship‑Driven):
    Identify and sell enhancement, irrigation, snow, and maintenance opportunities within your portfolio, Retain and grow accounts through value‑based recommendations, not pressure, Contribute to annual revenue growth through smart, margin‑aware selling
  • Organization & Systems Excellence:
    Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation, Track site visits, proposals, and communications consistently, Manage your book of business with discipline and professionalism
