The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Proactively and regularly communicate with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  • Greet the Customer.
  • Uncover Customer Needs & Wants.
  • Recommend Product Solutions.
  • Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Ensure the customer has a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates us from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Work shifts vary; typically no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed within the district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment (computer, cash register, etc.).
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training.
• Operate necessary equipment (dolly, handtruck, forklift, etc.).
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Move safely and quickly across store areas.
