This position is a learn and grow position requiring less experience.

• Demonstrate a good personality and take care of our parts customers internal and external.
• Learnthe parts sales process from start to finish to be able to participate in the process.
• Communicate with technicians and service customers on parts statuses.
• Learn to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answerphone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pulland fillorders from stock under supervision.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Organize schedule of deliveries.
• Perform safe pick up and deliveries.
• Keep parts department up‑to‑date on delivery schedule.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• A genuine desire to help our customers.
• Potential candidate must have strong work ethic.
• Auto parts knowledge and experience is nice to have, but not required.
• Strong work ethic, timeliness in attendance, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• The ability to multi‑task and/or work through multiple assignments in an organized manner.
• Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Windows working environment, Word, Excel a plus.
• Candidate must have a driving record acceptable by our insurer.
