Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers. The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver excellent customer service, proper sales promotion execution, comprehensive service staff training, and optimal organization of the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.

The Kitchen Department Manager focuses on delivering high‑quality, safe food efficiently, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them effectively, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates crew throughout their tenure. Positive, flexible team players with managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings are preferred.

Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy having fun in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment. The role requires a minimum age of 18.
