We are seeking an expert-level Project Management Specialist to lead a complex technology initiative supporting agribusiness supply chain and renewable fuels operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agribusiness and supply chain technology implementation and a proven ability to coordinate multi-business-unit delivery across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

• Lead delivery of large-scale technology programs for logistics and supply chain initiatives using established project management principles.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate multiple product and platform teams to align scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, IT leadership, and delivery teams to manage risks and issues.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology delivery partners.
• Track project financials including forecasting, variance tracking, and spend reporting.
• Define, collect, and publish delivery metrics and dashboards for program transparency.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and support continuous improvement of delivery practices.
• Work occasional non-traditional hours to support critical milestones.

• Proven leadership of at least two large-scale agribusiness, logistics, or supply chain technology implementations (teams of 10 , budgets $2M ).
• 10 years in IT program or project management delivering complex multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise-scale solutions, system integrations, and ERP-centric environments for supply chain or commodity operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• PMI PMP Certification.
• Change Management Practitioner or equivalent.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and operate in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure Dev Ops, SAP Focused Build, or similar delivery tools.
